FEED WHEEL

The drill feed is generated by turning the handwheel. Improved drilling behaviour through reinforcements is possible thanks to the spring decoupling.

   
FEED ROD WITH FASTENING HOLDER

The robust fastening holder ensures that the feed rod is securely fixed to the ground. The fastening holder is drilled over by the core bit. There is no damage to the ground outside the borehole.

   
XIP soft impact

The switchable DUSS XIP soft impact (X-tra Impact Power) allows the avoidance of water when core drilling into hard materials such as concrete.

   
RELIABLE TORQUE ABSORPTION

The torque that occurs during drilling is compensated for by the corresponding surfaces of the torque sleeve and the feed rod screwed to the substrate.

   
Highly efficient dry drilling with dust extraction

Thanks to the perfectly balanced system of machine and diamond core bits, the efficient removal of drill dust is guaranteed.

DRY DRILLING WITH/WITHOUT SOFT IMPACT
WET DRILLING*

  • Dry diamond core drilling with dust extraction in concrete and reinforced concrete with soft impact, in highly compacted sand-lime brick and masonry
  • Dry drillings in water sensitive areas like server rooms, electrical installations, archives or production sites
  • Retrofitting of plumbing and heating systems, electrical installations in inhabited rooms
  • Drilling for house connections from the inside and outside, also in insulated walls
  • Drilling in confined, hard-to-reach places, e.g. with existing pipe installations, structural conditions such as ceiling projection or window lintel
  • Drilling where the surroundings of the drilling site must not be damaged, e.g. by anchor holes

Drilling with feed

    The unique DUSS CLF (Centre Line Force) feed system combines the advantages of hand-held drilling with the convenience of stand guided drilling.

  • Energy-saving work

    The lightweight drilling unit can be used universally and, thanks to the manual feed integrated into the machine, enables energy-saving work.

  • Feed rod in hollow guide rod

    The force is applied centrally in the drilling axis by the continuous feed rod in the guide rod.

  • Secure work

    The feed rod compensates the torque, ensures a securely guided, centred drill hole and holds the drill core.
