FEED WHEEL

The drill feed is generated by turning the handwheel. Improved drilling behaviour through reinforcements is possible thanks to the spring decoupling.

   
Feed Rod with fastening claw

The stable fastening claw ensures secure fastening of the feed rod to the sewer pipe. The hole is drilled to the center of the sewer pipe without additional alignment. The fastening claw is drilled over by the core bit. There is no damage to the pipe.

   
CONTINUOUS GUIDE Rod

This outstanding machine feature enables the unique advantages of the DIA 250 HW. The hollow guide rod makes it possible to guide the feed rod centrally through the machine, thus compactly combining the advantages of hand-held and stand guided drilling.

   
RELIABLE TORQUE ABSORPTION

The torque that occurs during drilling is compensated for by the corresponding surfaces of the torque sleeve and the feed rod screwed to the substrate.

   
DECENTRALISED WATER SUPPLY

The water supply is off-centre to the guide rod so that the water only arrives where it is needed.

    The unique DUSS CLF (Centre Line Force) feed system combines the advantages of hand-held drilling with the convenience of stand guided drilling.

  • Energy-saving work

    The lightweight drilling unit can be used universally and, thanks to the manual feed integrated into the machine, enables energy-saving work.

  • Feed rod in hollow guide rod

    The force is applied centrally in the drilling axis by the continuous feed rod in the guide rod.

  • Secure work

    The feed rod compensates the torque, ensures a securely guided, centred drill hole and holds the drill core.
